Afternoon Classes

Afternoon classes explore different Healthy Cooking Options:  Vegetarian Cooking, Ketogenic and Paleo and other Healthy Cooking styles.

Classes are offered seasonally, changing  every 2-3 months.  Classes are offered several times so if you can’t make one date, you can always make another. The schedule will rotate during each season.

Pick up a new skill in the morning Boot Camp class then practice it in the Afternoon Session.

Cooking classes are great for groups,  friends, colleagues, even for  dates. Everyone  enjoys learning a new kitchen skill simply because it can be so tasty.

Cooking classes are the first step in gaining control of your health.
