Cooking for Ketogenic and Paleo Diets

Our Keto/Paleo Cooking Class will explain the basic principles of the low carb diet and focus on plenty of foods you can eat.

We will make one side dish, one main entrée and one dessert that demonstrate some basic cooking principles you can use to enhance your culinary skills.

Chef Pamela demonstrates each dish and the cooking techniques for each recipe.

Class participants will assist creating enough of each recipe for the class meal.

Everyone who wants to get hands on can get hands on. If you’d rather watch and take notes, that’s OK too!

Our host will greet you and escort you upstairs to our reception area before class begins.

Classes begin precisely on time. Don’t be late! 

Each class is full of cooking hints, tips, short-cuts and hacks delivered in Chef Pamela’s charismatic, engaging style.

The Chef is entertaining, the food is delicious and everyone has a wonderful time.

Menu’s are seasonal featuring fresh, organic foods. We choose non-GMO, organic and locally grown foods whenever possible.

This Hold Harmless Agreement is entered into by the registered participant of Chef Pamela’s Cooking Classes on the day of classes as scheduled and registered.

Participants acknowledge that participating in Chef Pamela’s Cooking Classes involves certain risks including but not limited to normal kitchen hazards such as cuts and burns, possible food allergy and allergen exposure. Participants agree to be responsible for any medical expenses and transport that may result from an accidental cut or burn, slip or fall they may incur from participating in of Chef Pamela’s Cooking Classes. Participants with food allergies are personally responsible for managing their food allergies. People with food allergies MUST notify the class instructor before class begins of any food allergies. Food allergies must be declared at the time of registration.

 Participants specifically covenant and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chef Pamela, the employees and staff of Chef Pamela’s Cooking Classes and Dynamic Health and Pain Management and DHPM employees and staff.
